Mast Up Storage
We are currently working on renewing our concession agreement with the New Mexico State Parks. We will post updates on this page as we know more.
Tenants of the mast up storage should also check their emails regularly for any special instruction.

| Nov 20, 2025 | Outreach email to point of contact at New Mexico State Parks EMNRD requesting renewal of concession agreement. Email never received response, we made several calls where made to follow up but were told to keep trying back at a later time. |
| Jan 1, 2026 | Informed over phone call that they are starting renewal process and further information is to follow. |
| Feb 20, 2026 | Email stating that Concession proposal required for State approval. Club sub committee organized to handle proposal creation and submittal. Awaiting request for proposal from New Mexico EMNRD. |
| Mar 23, 2026 | Follow up on request for status update after several weeks of no updates. Informed that no solid date set for release of Request for Proposal, State EMNRD is still internally discussing next steps. |
| Mar 26, 2026 | Issued notice that mast up must be clear of all RGYC property and tenants by May 9th, 2026 if no new Concession agreement has been signed by that date. |
